THE YOUTH PROGRAM
The Diablo Football Academy exists to teach youth student-athletes ages 6-11 (5th grade max) the foundational skills to excel at Flag, 7v7 & Tackle Football in a non-contact environment.

We will teach your athlete pure football skills, techniques, strategy and philosophy previously only taught in tackle programs. They can have a football experience without the contact!
​
Our program is year round, anchor by two major Football Camps (Winter & Summer), accompanied by Winter & Spring after school sessions.
​
While we are a football based program, our strength, conditioning and speed training are foundational building blocks that athletes of all sports need to excel.
Summer camp
DFA's Summer Camp is a non-contact, football camp that is designed for youth student-athletes preparing for their flag or tackle football season or just want to challenge yourself in a football environment.
​
Each week/practice will build advanced football techniques, ramping them up to succeed in their pending football activities.
​
Athletes will learn advanced techniques around the following positions: QB, RB, WR, DB, LB

winter camp
DFA's Winter Camp is a non-contact, Flag Football & Passing League Camp that is designed for youth student-athletes preparing for their flag or tackle football season.
​
Each week/practice will build advanced football techniques, ramping them up to succeed in their pending football activities.
Learn advanced QB, WR, RB, DB and LB skills. They will be prepared to excel on the field with advanced techniques, skills and strategy (non-high school).

WINTER SESSION
Winter Session is a 12 week program, offering participants two days a week of training, either after school or on Saturday.
This session is split between two main focuses:

Speed Training, Strength and Conditioning.

Football Position Specific training. Athlete chooses what positions they want to advance in: QB, RB, WR, DB, LB
Your athlete will hit the winter flag season in full stride!
SPRING SESSION
Winter Session is a 12 week program, offering participants two days a week of training, either after school or on Saturday.
